I had an amazing experience at this salon! I went in for hair coloring with dark black hair, lots of grey, and some leftover brown from previous coloring. Samia worked magic in just one session, blending everything into a beautiful shade that perfectly suits my skin tone. FAQs What happens if I miss my appointment?
We always send a reminder at least 24 hours before your appointment to ensure you don’t forget. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount as we reserve that time exclusively for you.
We value your time and appreciate your understanding! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at 438-408-8611 as soon as possible.
What if my nails chip or I have an issue after my appointment? (Re-Do Policy)
We offer complimentary fixes under the following conditions:
Gel Polish / BIAB / Nail Extensions: 7-day guarantee for chipping, peeling, or lifting.
Classic Polish: 3-day guarantee for chipping.
Lashes & Brows: If excessive fallout happens within 3 days, we will assess and fix it if needed.
Do you have parking available?
Yes! We are located in Cluster M, Jumeirah Lake Towers, and we offer free parking for our clients. Simply give us a call or send us a message when you’re near, and we’ll provide you with the access card for the parking.

Do you offer prenatal massage?
Unfortunately, our technicians are not trained in prenatal massage, so we do not offer this service at the moment. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we recommend seeking a specialist trained in prenatal care for the best experience.
